At Casa de Stela, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Eligibility

We accept unused or defective merchandise for store credit or exchange within 10 days of the purchase date.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our customer service team to request return approval.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with return instructions.

  3. Ship your item back according to the provided instructions.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and processed once it has been shipped.

Return Shipping

  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit total.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or one-of-a-kind (OOAK) pieces

  • Ceramics
