Join us for an intimate evening of creativity and wine at Casa de Stela. This hands-on workshop blends clay and curated wine tasting into a relaxed, social experience.
You’ll create your own clay wine glass while enjoying a guided tasting led by Dave, featuring thoughtfully selected wines crafted in traditional clay vessels, an ancient technique still embraced by artisan winemakers today.
David has been immersed in the wine world since he was 18, working in restaurants throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C. before relocating to Bend in 2018. He currently curates the wine selection at West Coast Provisions, focusing on wines made with minimal intervention and a deep respect for nature.
His quarterly wine club has earned a strong local following for highlighting some of the most exciting wines available today.
For this event, David will be pouring wines crafted in clay vessels, bringing history, craft, and flavor together in one unique tasting.
